These Terms of Service govern your use of Pantry Raid and its related website and mobile application. By accessing or using Pantry Raid, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and acceptance

You may use Pantry Raid only if you can form a binding agreement and your use complies with applicable law. If you use Pantry Raid on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

License to use Pantry Raid

Subject to these terms, Pantry Raid grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app and website for your personal, non-commercial use.

Use of the service

Pantry Raid is intended to help users create meal ideas from ingredients they already have. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the product.

User inputs and permissions

You are responsible for the information you choose to provide to Pantry Raid, including kitchen photos, ingredient edits, preference selections, and grocery list data. You are also responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions from people who may appear in uploaded content and for avoiding unlawful or infringing uploads.

Subscriptions and billing

Pantry Raid may offer free and paid subscription options. Paid plans, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through the platform where you purchase access, such as the Apple App Store.

If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription, it will continue until canceled through your Apple account settings. Pantry Raid may offer annual and monthly options, and paid features may change over time as the service evolves. Pantry Raid may also allow you to restore eligible purchases.

AI and recipe guidance disclaimer

Pantry Raid provides AI-assisted recipe suggestions for convenience. While Pantry Raid is built to respect allergies, dietary styles, and kitchen constraints, you remain responsible for reviewing ingredients, instructions, and food-safety considerations before cooking or eating.

Pantry Raid is not medical, nutritional, allergy, or food-safety advice. Pantry Raid does not guarantee that any recipe is allergen-free, nutritionally complete, accurate, safe for your circumstances, or suitable for a medical condition.

Grocery pricing and estimates

Pantry Raid may provide grocery-pricing estimates based on your ZIP code, store selection, and shopping list. Those estimates are informational only, may be incomplete or delayed, and are not guaranteed quotes, offers, or live shelf prices.

Acceptable use

You may not use Pantry Raid to violate law, infringe rights, reverse engineer the service except where law forbids that restriction, interfere with service security, abuse APIs or subscriptions, or use the service in a way that could harm Pantry Raid, other users, or third parties.

Intellectual property

Pantry Raid, including its brand, design, software, and website content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service without permission.

Third-party services

Pantry Raid relies on third-party services for certain functionality, including AI processing, in-app purchases, and grocery-pricing data. Pantry Raid is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of those third-party services.

Availability

Features may change over time. Pantry Raid may improve, suspend, or remove parts of the service at any time, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Termination

Pantry Raid may suspend or terminate access to the service if reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, investigate abuse, or enforce these terms.
